About Signvita inc

We are Signvita inc!

We are a ClimateTech Company building the digital MRV behind high-integrity carbon projects.

Our mission is to make climate finance work for small-scale producers. We identify communities with real emission-reduction and carbon-removal potential, then give their projects the digital measurement, reporting and verification (dMRV) systems needed to prove that impact to verifiers and buyers.

Digital MRV Technology

Our platforms capture geotagged, time-stamped field evidence – offline where connectivity is poor – and keep it linked to the methodology each project is audited against.

Community-Led Monitoring

Farmers, rangers and community monitors collect the data themselves, so small-scale producers reach the voluntary carbon market on evidence they own and understand.

Audit-Ready Integrity

Immutable audit trails, duplicate detection and satellite cross-checks give verifiers and buyers confidence in every tonne we report.

2+ Years

In driving climate action and empowering small-scale producers across Africa

Signvita inc exists to widen access to the voluntary carbon market. We onboard small-scale farmers, fishermen, artisanal miners and pastoralists, and give them the tools, training and digital systems they need to cut greenhouse gas emissions and build resilience to a changing climate.

Across soil carbon, blue carbon, forest conservation, restoration, renewable energy, biochar, clean cookstoves and AWD rice, our dMRV platforms replace paper registers with traceable digital records – shortening verification cycles and moving finance to the communities doing the work.

How We Operate

01. Identify

We identify small-scale producers, map their sites and assess the potential for greenhouse gas emission reduction and carbon sequestration.

02. Develop

We design each project around the community it serves and the methodology it will be audited against, from VM0042 and VM0033 to AMS-I.A and AMS-II.G.

03.Implement

We roll the projects out on the ground with training, equipment and field data tools, so monitoring starts on day one and keeps running.

04. Monitor

We monitor continuously through our dMRV platforms, producing audit-ready evidence that stands up to independent verification against international standards.

Voluntary Carbon Market

  • In the voluntary Carbon Market, carbon credits represent the reduction of one tonne of carbon dioxide or an equivalent of other greenhouse gases.
  • These credits are sold in carbon trading projects, leveraging community environmental assets to empower local communities.
  • Carbon credits function as digital certificates or fungible commodities.
  • Corporations and individuals purchase carbon credits to offset their carbon footprints, demonstrating their commitment to environmental responsibility.
  • Purchasing carbon credits effectively removes or offsets emissions, contributing to global climate goals.
  • Each carbon project is managed by a "Proponent," either a legal entity or individual responsible for its operation.
  • Carbon projects not only mitigate climate impacts but also stimulate economic and environmental benefits, promoting sustainable development and societal growth.
